Setahun kemudian Luna kembali terlibat dalam film BROWNIES (2005). Sebagaimana dalam film sebelumnya, dalam film arahan sutradara Hanung Bramantyo ini, Luna masih mendapatkan peran kecil. Luna baru mendapatkan peran utama, saat membintangi film BANGSAL 13 (2005) dengan memerankan karakter Mina.

Nama Luna semakin melambung di dunia hiburan, saat memerani film CINTA SILVER bersama Rima Melati dan Catherine Wilson. Bersamaan saat itu, sedang menghangat hubungannya dengan Ariel, vokalis grup band Peterpan, meski kemudian berakhir dengan perpisahan. Namun demikian, saat rumah tangga Ariel dengan Sarah Amalia terjadi perpisahan, mahasiswa jurusan Hubungan International Universitas Paramadina ini tetap dituduh sebagai 'biang' perceraian tersebut.

Selain film-film di atas, mantan pacar Fachry Albar ini, juga pernah membintangi film RUANG, JAKARTA UNDERCOVER, ALEXANDRIA dan PESAN DARI SURGA. Bahkan pada 2006, lewat film RUANG berhasil mengantarkan dirinya dalam nominasi Festival Film Indonesia kategori Pemeran Wanita Terbaik. Sementara beberapa sinetron yang pernah dibintanginya di antaranya, DAN, KAU DAN AKU, ADA CINTA, RAHASIAKU dan ANGGUN.

Film terbaru Luna berjudul IN THE NAME OF LOVE arahan sutradara Rudy Soedjarwo.

Luna yang menjadi icon sebuah produk yang menyeponsori Olimpiade Beijing itu, berkesempatan membawa api Olimpiade 2008 keliling Istora Senayan. Kegiatan ini sebagai bagian seremonial perjalanan api Olimpiade menuju ke Beijing.
